How We Work

Step 1:
We have a quick intro call to learn about your current challenges and objectives, and see if we will be a good personality fit.
No-Go’s: a-holes, people who are controlling, micro-managing, have trust issues, and/or blame others for their problems.
Step 2:
I send you a questionnaire to get more details on your business’ current function, perceived issues, long-term goals, and desired outcome from this engagement. This short form should only take about 15 minutes to fill out.
Step 3:
If I can help you, we will schedule a full 60-minute Discovery Call to discuss potential solutions and demonstrate my value, before sending you a custom proposal. (This is where I show you how I can help you.)
Note: This is a complimentary session.
Step 4:
We start with an onboarding session to get any updates since our last call. The first month is all about performing our 360° Business Assessment. We record everything we find, propose solutions to specific challenges, prioritize your company’s “immediate fires,” and take tasks off of your plate as the Owner.
Step 5:
We meet weekly for 30-60 minutes to manage projects, align priorities, and maintain communication and accountability. Our last meeting at month’s end focuses on strategic planning to ensure we’re staying on track, and realign priorities as needed.
Note: You have daily access to me and my team, via Slack and email. I become an extension of your team without being an employee, and I can also collaborate with vendors and other service providers on your behalf to free you up even more.

But if you need such specialists, we can help you source and manage these people. We can also take on these types of tasks on an interim basis with the intention of systematizing, documenting processes, and training new hires.
